Excitement and Christmas magic fill the air as the first notes play for the inaugural Schools' Christmas Concert at MCH Herning Kongrescenter on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
A New Interpretation of a Beloved Christmas Tradition
The Schools' Christmas Concert is a fresh creation that builds on past Christmas concerts with schoolchildren from Herning Municipality. Here, the children are the stars, and the concert is the culmination of months of preparation.
In school music rooms, the children have trained intensively, preparing to perform in front of a large audience in the packed concert hall at MCH Herning Kongrescenter. When the concert begins, an impressive choir of 475 students from 22 schools in Herning Municipality will entertain the audience with both classic and contemporary Christmas songs.
The songs will be accompanied by a talented band and a brass ensemble featuring students from Herning Music School, adding an extra layer of musical magic.
