From the first beat to the final note, you’ll be drawn into a colorful and celebratory story of love, community, freedom, and peace—timeless themes that resonate just as powerfully today as they did when Hair first took Broadway by storm in the late 1960s.

In Hair, we journey back to the free-spirited and wild 1960s, following Claude, Sheila, Berger, and their hippie friends as they challenge societal norms with their ideals of "Peace, Love, and Harmony" and fight for change. When Claude, the group’s newest member, contemplates joining the army, the community rallies to convince him to choose love and the fight for freedom instead.
