EHF Euro Cup - Denmark vs Norway

Wednesday 6 November 2024 at 9pm.

The Danish men's handball team, who earlier this summer made it all the way to the top at the Olympics in Paris, are visiting Jyske Bank Boxen until November, where they will compete against Norway in the EHF Euro Cup.

This gives all Danish handball fans a golden opportunity to experience and pay tribute to the Danish world stars who, at the Olympics, once again managed to bring the nation together for a series of extremely exciting and spectacular handball matches in absolute world class.

While the final was won with a very comfortable 39-26 against Germany, there were several very close, nerve-wracking matches along the way – not least the quarter-final against Sweden and the semi-final against Slovenia, which were won respectively 32-31 and 31-30. Denmark also defeated Norway earlier in the tournament, so our neighbors to the north have revenge ahead of the EHF Euro Cup match in Jyske Bank Boxen.

The men's handball have often played in the multi-arena – most recently when the team defeated Sweden with the numbers 37-31 at last year's EHF Euro Cup.

In addition to the match against Norway, Danish handball fans can look forward to the 2025 Men's Handball World Cup, where the Jyske Bank Box forms the framework for Denmark's opening group matches and potential intermediate round matches.
